  📍  📍  📍  📍 Hello, beautiful souls and welcome to a new episode of Sensual Secrets. Today's episode is for the moments when life feels heavy, when your heart feels fragile and your mind is spinning out of control, and you're going over the same stories again and again. I've been going through a really difficult time myself lately, and what I am about to share with you has really helped me to get out of bed in the morning and to get through the day, and I'm sure that it can do the same for you.

So let us be a space to soften, to breathe, to. Remember, sometimes the best thing we can do is to trust. To trust life, trust our path, and trust that even in the discomfort, something deeper is unfolding for us. So take a moment to sit upright and if that feels good to you, lengthen your spine gently soften your shoulders.

And if your body is asking to lie down, please honor that. So close your eyes and let this be a sacred pause. As I speak these affirmations, I will leave some space for you to repeat them  internally  or even better out loud. Try to really embody and feel all of the affirmations as you are saying them. 

Feel them vibrate throughout your whole body and resonate with every single cell from the tip of your head into the tip of your toes.   📍 And if some don't resonate yet, simply let them land in your body 'cause you are planting seeds to open up. Take a slow breath in through your nose. Exhale gently through your mouth.

In this moment, I am here. I am safe in my body. I soften my shoulders. I unclench my jaw.

Repeat after me. I am safe in my body.

Hmm. Even if life feels uncertain right now, I am safe.

My breath brings me back home to myself.

I allow my nervous system to settle,

repeat after me. I can relax.

I allow myself to feel what is here.

I do not push my emotions away.

I do not rush my healing.

I sit with myself and tenderness

repeat after me. I give space to my emotions.

My pain is not my enemy. It is a portal.

I can sit with discomfort without losing myself.

I am allowed to feel broken and still be whole

 📍 repeat after me. I stay with myself no matter what.

Nothing comes to me that I cannot handle.

I have survived every hard day before this one.

There is strength growing inside of me, through every experience,

repeat after me. I am strong and resilient. I

every challenge I face is an opportunity for growth.

This chapter is shaping me, not shrinking me.

I rise through my challenges. I,

ah, repeat after me. I trust who I am becoming.

I release the need to control what is not mine to carry. I, 

I surrender the illusion that I must have it all figured out. 

Even when I do not understand, I trust the unfolding,

 📍 ah, uh, repeat after me. I have complete trust in life.

Life is happening for me, not to me.

I am a small part of a bigger whole

my life. Is divinely orchestrated for my own good.

I am guided.

I am divinely protected. I

repeat after me. I am supported in ways, seen and unseen.

I fully accept my current reality.

I am present here and now

deep within beneath the noise, beneath the fear there is peace.

Repeat after me

deep within, I feel at peace.

I keep my heart open no matter what.

I can see light around me even in the darkest times.

I'm grateful for my unique journey.

I am grateful for all of the lessons on my path.

 📍 Repeat after me. All is well with my soul.

Now gently roll your shoulders back. Take a deep breath into your belly, expand into your chest, open up your heart, and hold at the top for 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and release with a sigh. Again, take a deep breath into the belly. Fill up your chest. Open up your heart. And hold for what? 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Ah, and release with a big sigh.

I now curl up the edges of your mouth. Yes. You heard me correct. Curl up the edges of your mouth. Put a smile on your face and feel how that smile spreads from your mouth up into your cheeks, into your brain, into your head,  

 how it goes all the way down via your spine, how it's spreading all across your body, and let that feeling sink in. 

Soak it up, spread it out, and let it be your new state of being, like a frequency of bliss,

and enjoy how this feeling spreads over your body like a beautiful healing energy.

  📍 Hmm.  Now think of five things that you're grateful for in this moment, and don't overthink it. It can be very simple,  just fill  in the blank. I am grateful for number two. I am grateful for

number three. I am grateful for

number four. I'm  grateful for,

and number five, I am grateful for

 Connect with your heart. Breathe into your heart. Think of all of these things that you're grateful for.

 There must be so many other things. Little things like the sun shining on your face, like hearing the birds in the sky, in the trees, the feeling of the wind on your face, your friends, your family. Whatever it is for you.

Enjoy the feeling of gratitude. Connect with your heart.

 Now make a promise to yourself and commit. It's one small thing that you can do today that will support you. A loving action, a gentle step. Maybe it's reaching out to someone to have a good conversation. Maybe it's moving your body or going for a walk doing sports.  Maybe it's resting or drinking more water.

Eating a nourishing meal, listening to an inspiring podcast. Whatever it is, let it be your gift to yourself. And when you combine affirmations with gratitude and aligned action, your emotional state shifts step by step softly and steadily and powerfully. And as I said before. I know that this has really helped me to move forward and to move out of the darkness.

When you think you can't see the light, when you don't really wanna do it, but you still show up for yourself, those are the moments that you make such beautiful progress. Let it be a gift to yourself to come back to this again and again and again. And remember, all is well with your soul. Have a beautiful day
